Terms of service

Clear rules for using AwayDays.

These terms govern access to AwayDays, including its travel-memory, planning, voice, provider-search, approval, and future booking features.

Effective July 18, 2026

Google user data is used only for user-facing AwayDays features. It is never sold, used for advertising, credit decisions, or generalized AI model training.

1. The service

AwayDays is a travel-planning product that can organize user-provided information, retrieve connected-provider data, generate recommendations, and prepare actions for review. Availability, pricing, schedules, visa rules, weather, and provider terms can change; verify important information before relying on it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the connected services you authorize. Keep your Google account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your AwayDays session.

3. Connected services

Google, Gmail, OpenRouter, LandingAI, Sabre, Zero.xyz, VocalBridge, and other providers have their own terms and privacy practices. AwayDays requests only the access needed for enabled features. You may disconnect optional services, though some features will then stop working.

4. Recommendations and actions

Model output and provider data can be incomplete or wrong. AwayDays must not treat a model response as authority to purchase, cancel, rebook, send a message, or make another consequential change. When a write capability becomes available, the exact current terms must be shown for your approval and may be revalidated before execution.

5. Payments and bookings

Unless the interface explicitly states that a live provider write is enabled and shows a confirmed outcome, search results and approvals are not bookings. A booking is subject to supplier acceptance, inventory, repricing, payment authorization, and supplier rules. Refunds, changes, and disputes may also be governed by the supplier.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse AwayDays, probe other users’ data, bypass access controls, or interfere with service operation.
  • Do not submit content you lack authority to process.
  • Do not use AwayDays for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, surveillance, advertising-profile, or credit-decision purposes.
  • Do not rely on AwayDays as emergency, immigration, legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Your content and privacy

You retain rights in the information you provide. You authorize AwayDays and its disclosed processors to handle that information only as needed to provide the features you choose. The Privacy Policy explains Google user data handling and your controls.

8. Service changes

Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, especially while commercial provider access is being certified. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

AwayDays is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, supplier inventory, or error-free recommendations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post updated terms and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice before the changes take effect.
