Connect Gmail

Sign in to AwayDays, open Travel Memory, and select “Allow Gmail read-only.” Before Google’s consent screen, AwayDays shows the data it stores and separate optional choices for OpenRouter and LandingAI processing.

Change processor choices

Disconnect Gmail, then reconnect it. The current connection screen records a fresh consent choice. Turning off an optional processor means future Gmail imports will not use that processor; deterministic extraction remains available.

Review imported data

Every imported fact appears in Travel Memory with provenance, confidence, a short evidence excerpt, and a link to the original email. Confirmed facts may influence recommendations. Rejected and unreviewed facts do not.

Disconnect Gmail

Open Travel Memory and choose “Disconnect.” AwayDays attempts to revoke the Google OAuth token, removes its local encrypted tokens and consent record, and stops future imports. Existing travel memories remain so the action is not a hidden deletion.

Delete your account and stored data

Open the account menu from any signed-in AwayDays page, select “Delete account and data,” and confirm. AwayDays removes the account, sessions, Gmail tokens, Gmail consent, import logs, travel memories, learned preferences, and trips owned by that account. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access your account, use the support address below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a deletion request.

Revoke access at Google

You can also visit your Google Account’s third-party connections page and remove AwayDays. Revoking at Google prevents future API access; use the AwayDays deletion control separately if you also want stored AwayDays data erased.
